Bill Kemp is a director and U.S. energy practice leader for Roland Berger LP, a top global strategy consultancy.  His focus is on helping clients lead the energy transition.  He advises on technology and regulatory innovation, strategic planning, and sustainability/decarbonization,

Bill served as a managing partner for Deloitte Consulting’s global energy industry practice, co-founder of Enovation Partners, and leader of strategy consulting for Black & Veatch.  He is a long-time member of the IGU Utilization Committee.

He earned a B.A. magna cum laude in Anthropology and Physics from Harvard University, and a Master of Public Policy from U.C.-Berkeley.
