Bill served as a managing partner for Deloitte Consulting’s global energy industry practice, co-founder of Enovation Partners, and leader of strategy consulting for Black & Veatch. He is a long-time member of the IGU Utilization Committee.
He earned a B.A. magna cum laude in Anthropology and Physics from Harvard University, and a Master of Public Policy from U.C.-Berkeley.
