Tom is a Senior Consultant at Merlin Advisors, a specialist consultancy providing technical advisory services to the oil, gas, LNG and process industries including due diligence, project feasibility, capital cost estimating, benchmarking, owner’s engineering, and technology assessments.
Tom has extensive due diligence, construction monitoring and lender completion experience, covering a range of recent LNG project developments, and has actively monitored numerous LNG project developments for lenders and investors from the design phase through to operations.
Tom has a degree in Chemical and Nuclear Engineering from Imperial College London, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers.
