Nathalia is Senior Analyst Human Capital Planning & Evaluation in Pertamina. As Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, her main role is to make sure that all annual work budget/plans, and strategic initiative projects in Human Capital Directorate aligned with corporate’s long-term plan and can accomplish their target to support Pertamina’ financial performance. She is in charge for risk management as well as for ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) implementation. As the spirit of transformation continues, she is selected as gender equality change agent team, in corporation with USAID – Enhancing Equality in Energy for Southeast Asia (E4SEA) project.
