Lees retired from Schlumberger earlier this year, where she spent more than 28 years.
Lees had a very diverse career there, with roles in operations, sales, human resources and finance across assignments in Houston, Scotland, Trinidad, Venezuela and Alaska. Her most recent role was Global Director of Sustainability. Other executive roles Lees has held include President North America Land, General Manager Alaska and Production Group Human Resources Director.
In 2019, she was honored by Hart Energy as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Energy that year. Lees is from Houston, Texas and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and an MBA in Finance, both from Rice University.
