Ilmars is Global Manager with Merlin Advisors, Poten and Partners’ technical advisory practice to the LNG, natural gas and process industries, advising energy sector clients, projects and investors on project feasibility, technical due diligence, technology selection, project economics and the energy transition. Ilmars’ prior experiences include strategy and operations consulting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cadence Design Systems and Barris Lotterer Management Consulting, and LNG process engineering with KBR’s LNG Technology Group. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and a B.Eng. in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
