Camilo Morales is an international business administrator from the Universidad de la Sabana and a Specialist in Energy Mining Law and Sustainable Development, he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Energy Policy at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. Camilo has 8 years of commercial experience and international knowledge of the energy, oil and gas sector. He served as Energy, Oil and Gas Officer at the British Embassy in Colombia, a position in which he designed and executed the United Kingdom’s political and commercial positioning strategy on energy issues.

Camilo was responsible for the international affairs of the National Hydrocarbons Agency of Colombia and the strategic promotion of the areas available for exploration and production, currently he was working as an advisor to the office of the mayor of Barranquilla, consolidating strategic projects for the district.

He is currently Secretary General of Naturgas from where he contributes to consolidate Natural Gas as an energy source for transition, the competitiveness of the country and the quality of life of Colombians.
