The organizers of WGC2022 have secured rooms at a selection of hotels surrounding the Conference venue at preferential rates exclusively for participants of WGC2022. HanaTour, an official housing bureau, will arrange reservations for accredited WGC2022 hotels on behalf of participants.
※ Participants must register WGC2022 prior to making a reservation for WGC2022 Hotel via Online Accommodation System.
* To verify the participants who are eligible to take advantage of preferential rates, Online Accommodation System requires to provide WGC2022 account details to login to the system to further proceed with booking.

It has come to our attention that one or more companies are claiming to be associated with WGC2022 to assist attendees with registration and housing . The only company affiliated with WGC2022 to provide this service is HanaTour. Please use caution when providing any personal or financial information to any third parties. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rate, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. If you are contacted by anyone other than HanaTour, please notify us at hotels@wgc2022.org and pass along any information or communications you receive.
