Stage 2 Speakers

Templates and Guidelines
Presenting Author Form
If you haven’t already sent your Presenting Author Form, please complete the Presenting Author Form (download below) and send it to Emma-Louise at emanso@thecwcgroup.com.
Your photo and biography will be used on the WGC2022 website and may be used for WGC2022 promotional material.
PowerPoint Presentation Template
All speakers are asked to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation. You must use the official WGC2022 template which can be downloaded via the link below.
For Industry Insights sessions, presentations should be emailed directly to Presentationsii@wgc2022.org
For Technology & Innovation sessions, presentations should be emailed directly to Presentationsti@wgc2022.org
Final Paper Template and Guidelines
All speakers are asked to prepare a Final Paper. You must use the official WGC2022 template which can be downloaded via the link below. Please use the documents below to help you format and submit your Final Papers.
Final Papers should be submitted via the online portal here.
Digital Poster Display
For all speakers in the Technology & Innovation Center, you are invited to produce a digital poster. This poster will be displayed on the exhibition floor for the duration of the conference. Please use the official template which also includes the poster guidelines.
Terms & Conditions
Your submissions are issued under the auspices of the International Gas Union (IGU) by the Author(s) cited. The Author(s) and the IGU hold joint copyright. The author can use their abstract and paper after WGC2022 in any capacity without notifying the IGU.
By submitting an abstract and paper, the author declares that the full paper has not been and will not be published on any occasion prior to the 28th World Gas Conference.
Registration
All speakers presenting at WGC2022 will be required to pay to attend and speak at the conference. The rate depends on the time of registration:
- General Fee (registering between 1 – 22 April 2022) – USD$ 3,595
- Onsite Fee (registering from 23 April 2022 onwards)– USD$ 3,995
You will be emailed your one-time registration code to use to activate the speaker fee. Once registration is complete, you will have access to book accommodation. If you have not received your registration code, please contact papers@wgc2022.org.
