U.S. Eases Travel to South Korea

On April 18, the United States shifted its travel advisory on South Korea to the lowest tier of Level 1. The Level 1 advisory encourages U.S. visitors to exercise “normal precautions” while traveling the country. Read the full details here.

As the pandemic stabilizes in South Korea, the Korean government is moving closer to post-pandemic normal life by lifting almost all COVID-19 social distancing rules except a mask-wearing mandate from April 18.

As a result of the consultation between NOC and the Korean government, now attendees with quarantine exemption certificate can take PCR tests on arrival at the Incheon Airport COVID-19 Testing Center! Details will soon be updated on the FAQs.
