A series of WGC 2021 planning meetings were held in Seoul and Daegu earlier this month where the National Organizing Committee, the IGU and the event’s organizers – CWC Group from London, ETF from Australia and POD from Korea – met to discuss preparations, including a visit to the world class Daegu EXCO Centre and Daegu Art Museum, a possible venue for one of the event’s renowned networking functions.
Plans are now well underway for the world’s largest and most important gas event – the exhibition is already over 60% sold out, and the conference Plenary Session topics will be announced later this month. Leading global energy companies, Government Ministers and other senior level experts will be invited to discuss the most topical issues shaping the global energy agenda in these sessions.
Taking place in June 2021 in Daegu, the energy city of Korea and home to the headquarters of KOGAS, WGC 2021 offers unrivaled access to the Asian gas market and beyond.
